The Lorain County Prosecutor’s Office is responsible for working with law enforcement to prosecute offenders within the county at the court of common pleas, court of appeals or in probate court.  Each case is carefully reviewed and investigated by a team of skilled prosecutors before proceeding with a thoroughly prepared case.
